My first appointment I went to I was waiting over an hour and half. I was very angry and rebooked for a morning appointment. I wasn't happy with anything until my actually appointment with the nurse who made up for the bad experience on my previous appiontment. She made me feel a lot more calm about what was going to happen.

The kindness of everyone involved was wonderful, I didn't expect to have such supportive people around me. They really made the experience so much easier to deal with. I'm not sure what could be improved as all my wants and needs were met.

My appointment today was booked by another centre in London when I attended last week.the London clinic gave me no information!action on what to expect at today's appointment and no information about fasting etc.
Fortunately, I was able to find all this information out via the Marie Stopes website so it didn't affect my appointment today.
All the staff at the Maidstone clinic today have been amazing and made the whole experience far less daunting than I was expecting.
